The Cross country season starts August 4th

Time: 6:00 am
You must be cleared on Register My Athlete to practice on August 4th. Information about Register My Athlete and any forms you need filled out can be found on the School Athletic Website https://irhs.amphi.com/athletics

What to Bring
Water
Good Pair of Running Shoes
Running Watch (does not need to be a GPS watch)
Yoga Mat or Towel (we will be on the ground)
Practice Schedule During the Season
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 4:30-6:30 pm, Wednesdays from 2:30-4:30 pm, and Saturdays. Saturday practice time and location will depend on the week. Information about Saturday practice will be given out in advance.
Along with this website, the main form of Communication during the season will be on Parent Square/Student Square. The best way to receive messages on "The Square" is to download the app and turn on the notifications. Kids can download the Student Square app, which is connected to their school email accounts. I will add families to our Cross Country Group on The Square once I know you will be joining the team.
We will have a Parent Meeting within the first week or 2 of the season. More information coming soon!
